CAMRA Vancouver Spring Sessional Update


Craft beer lovers never fear! This event is far from sold out! Only the pre-sale early entry (which is from 11am-12noon**) is sold out. Noon is when we'll be opening the doors and allowing many more people to come in and join the fun. Entry ticket is $10, which includes a 10oz glass (yours to take home) and your first fill. Additional tokens can be purchased for $2.50 each.

As this event runs all day, there is plenty of opportunity to come later in the day and still sample craft beer brewed specifically for this event. Entrance is dependent on usual capacity of London Pub. Be sure to check out our Facebook page and Twitter account during the day as we'll be posting updates.

We will also be selling CAMRA Vancouver memberships ($25/$40) and t-shirts for $22 each.

**Please note that if you bought a pre-sale ticket you must arrive between 11am-12pm, otherwise we can not guarantee immediate entrance ie. you might have to join the queue.

This is not news to anyone. But have you ruminated on just how large the gender gap is?  A 2018 survey by Nielsen-Harris  found American craft beer drinkers are 68.5 per cent male and 31.5 per cent female. Closer to home,  BeerMeBC’s 2018 survey  had those numbers at 71 and 29 per cent, with 0.32 per cent identifying as “other.” For those not so strong in the math department, that means that there are only three women drinking craft beer for every seven men.
