Take a whiff of this beer and you'll know there is something truly unique about this IPA. Inspired by the aromas and sights we experience when exploring the pine forests in our backyard, this crisp and refreshing beverage is something memorable and worth sharing. Beginning this Spring/Summer it is available year round in 6-packs. Mmmmmm, piney! 
Twilight Summer Ale | 5% ABV 35 IBUs
Time flies when you're having beer! Break out the lawnmowers, BBQ's and camping gear because it's time for the warmth, sunshine and the return of Twilight Summer Ale. Amarillo hops POP in this beer and are balanced against the kiss of sweet malts for a perfectly thirst quenching ale. Enjoy as the sun begins to set with friends or any time of day! Cheers...

 
 
 
Foray Belgian Style IPA| 6.5% ABV 60 IBUs
Our brewers take the road less traveled when developing new and experimental beer recipes. Foray is a journey to creating an IPA different from all others. Brewed with a Belgian yeast and juicy hops, you'll get flavors of apples, pears and tropical fruits that will delight your taste buds and have you wanting more. This beer is a trip worth taking! 
The Stoic | 11% ABV 24 IBUs
First released in 2011, this beer is making a comeback! Not to be confused with "Not The Stoic" (a slightly different recipe), this beer will make its way smoothly into your hearts and bellies with flavors of vanilla, oak, toasted caramel from barrel-aging and hints of sweetness from Pomegranate Molasses. Be sure to grab 2 bottles: one to age and one for now. Yum!

CHEF'S CORNER
 
Chef Jeff Usinowcz takes beer cheese soup to a new level...
with Pinedrops IPA!
 
Ingredients:
6      Tbs        Unsalted Butter
1      each       Large Carrot-peeled and small dice
1      each       Stalk Celery-small dice
1/2   each       Yellow Onion-peeled and small dice
2      each       Medium Yukon Gold Potatoes-small dice
4      each       Cloves Garlic-peeled and minced
2/3    C           All Purpose Flour
1/2    tsp        Ground Cayenne Pepper
4       C           Chicken Stock/Broth
1       C           Heavy Whipping Cream
1       lb           Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1       C           Pinedrops IPA
TT                  Salt and Black Pepper

Directions: 
  1. Heat butter over medium high heat
     
  2. Add carrots, celery, onion, and potatoes- lightly season with salt and pepper, sweat until onions are translucent
     
  3. Add garlic, cayenne and flour; incorporate thoroughly
     
  4. Add stock and bring to a boil stirring occasionally
     
  5. Drop heat to simmer until vegetables are soft
     
  6. Warm cream at a low temperature
     
  7. Add cream, cheese, and beer; mix well and season with salt and black pepper

    Serves 6 and is great with crusty bread and a pint of Pinedrops IPA!
